A note sent from a shop near Depot Square is kept the same way as a note sent from a plant on the edge of town. The place does not change the rule.
What you type
A form collects your name, your phone, an email if you add one, and a note about the books, payroll setup, or the return. The lower form also asks the rough size of the business and how current the books are. Every field is visible on the page. There is no hidden question.
If you choose a time on the booking page, that page collects the time along with your name, and we read it. The call is still only a conversation until a written scope names the price.
A note sent after reading these pages is about that work. We do not add a second question after you submit. The words in the form are the whole of the note.
What the browser may store
A page view may keep two random identifiers in your browser, one that lasts and one that ends when you close the tab, plus the page that sent you and any campaign tags on the link. That record stays on our server so we can see which pages are worth keeping. If the browser asks not to be tracked, the record is skipped.
There is no advertising pixel on these pages and no visitor identification service. The network that delivers the pages may log an ordinary request for security. That log is a security record only. Nobody sells it.
Why a note is held
A note is held so we can answer it, so we can prepare for the call you asked for, and so the work can be done if you later engage the practice. It is also held long enough to keep automated junk out of the form and to meet ordinary record keeping. A person reads the note. A machine does not decide what it means.
Nothing you type is sold. It is not shared so someone else can advertise to you. You can ask what is held, ask for a correction, or ask for the note to be removed. The phone in the footer reaches the person who can do that.
How long a note stays
A note is kept long enough to answer it, and longer only when an engagement needs the record. When you call and ask for removal, the note goes. A mistaken note does not create a client relationship.
When these words need a revision, the revision is written on this privacy page itself, in the same section a reader already has open. We do not post the revision on a different page and leave this one stale.
